• All reservations are subject to availability and approval by park management.
• Weekly and monthly rates are available; electric charges are additional.
• A $100 deposit is required for weekly stays and a $200 deposit for monthly stays.
• Full payment is due at the time of check-in unless otherwise arranged.
• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund.
• Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or early departures.
• No refunds will be issued for eviction due to rule violations.
• Check-in: 12:00 PM
• Check-out: 12:00 PM
• Late arrivals must make arrangements in advance.
• Rates are based on 2 adults per site.
• Additional guests are subject to a fee of $10 (weekly) or $30 (monthly) per person.
• Maximum occupancy per site is determined by management based on site size and utility capacity.
• All RVs must be self-contained and in good working condition.
• Sites must be kept clean and tidy.
• No tents, portable sheds, or external structures allowed without approval.
• Electric usage is metered separately and billed accordingly.
• Tampering with utilities or park infrastructure is grounds for immediate removal.
• Pets are allowed but must be leashed and cleaned up after at all times.
• Aggressive or nuisance pets may be restricted.
• Maximum of 2 pets per site unless approved by management.
• Fiesta Park Estates is private property. Management reserves the right to refuse service or evict any guest for non-compliance with park rules.
• Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
• Guests stay at their own risk.
• Fiesta Park Estates is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damage to property or persons while on the premises.
